1. Take a bath and sit facing East.
2. Cleanse it as shown under "Energisation & Cleansing".
3. Hold it in your palm, set your intention and chant "Om Budhaya Namah" 11 times.
4. Wear it on your right wrist (or left for calming stones) and wear it regularly.

1. Rinse it briefly in clean water (or Ganga jal), pat it dry, or keep it in moonlight overnight.
2. You can also pass it through the smoke of incense (agarbatti) or dhoop a few times.
3. Repeat about once a month, or whenever it feels "heavy" to you.
