1. Take a bath and sit facing East.
2. Cleanse it as shown under "Energisation & Cleansing".
3. Hold it in your palm, set your intention and chant "Om Navagrahaya Namah" 11 times.
4. Wear it on your right wrist (or left for calming stones) and wear it regularly.

Sunday is the traditional day to begin, the day of the Navagrahas (nine planets).

Mantra: Om Navagrahaya Namah, 11 or 108 times.

1. Rinse it briefly in clean water (or Ganga jal), pat it dry, or keep it in moonlight overnight.
2. You can also pass it through the smoke of incense (agarbatti) or dhoop a few times.
3. Repeat about once a month, or whenever it feels "heavy" to you.

Natural material: colour, size and markings vary from piece to piece.

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Remove it before bathing or swimming; a quick rinse in plain water is fine for cleansing, then dry it fully.
• Roll it on and off instead of stretching it, to protect the thread.
• Store it in its pouch or box when not in use.
