1. Place it on a clean shelf, desk or puja space, at or above table height; for frames, hang them at eye level.
2. On a Saturday, light a diya, offer a flower and chant "Om Sham Shanaishcharaya Namah" 11 times while setting your intention.
3. Sit near it for 2–5 minutes of slow breathing whenever you can.

1. Keep it in moonlight overnight (full-moon night is traditional), or rest it on a selenite plate for a few hours.
